Project Manager

• Own University Programs and Ops: Design, execute, and project manage regional community programs, tournaments, and engagement campaigns, with a core focus on launching and scaling initiatives directly within local South African universities
• Scale and Manage Networks: Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of ambassadors across Discord, WhatsApp, and social platforms
• Build Playbooks & Documentation: Standardize our community operations. You will be responsible for managing, creating, updating, and maintaining relevant documentation
• Drive Local Community Engagement: Act as the bridge between our brand and the South African gaming community; sparking discussions, managing regional live operations (LiveOps), and executing local events
• Analyze and Report: Track community sentiment, program performance, and engagement metrics. You will compile structured weekly / monthly reports and turn raw community feedback into actionable insights for our product and marketing teams

Customer Support

• Carry1st is building the dominant commerce platform for Africa and the Middle East, helping global brands unlock hard-to-reach markets by enabling local payments, boosting digital sales, and simplifying settlements across 19 core African markets.
• As a Customer Service Associate for our Arabic-speaking markets, you'll be the primary point of contact for our users, ensuring their inquiries and technical issues are resolved with precision.
• You will act as a bridge between our customers and internal departments; escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams while collaborating with the wider CS department to refine workflows and drive operational excellence.
