As a Customer Service Associate for our Arabic-speaking markets, you'll be the primary point of contact for our users, ensuring their inquiries and technical issues are resolved with precision.
You will act as a bridge between our customers and internal departments; escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams while collaborating with the wider CS department to refine workflows and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2+ years in an Arabic customer service role — ideally with an e-commerce company or a high-volume environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Availability to work day or night shifts
Fluent in Arabic and English
Knowledge of trends and user interactions with the MENA region
