About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own University Programs and Ops: Design, execute, and project manage regional community programs, tournaments, and engagement campaigns, with a core focus on launching and scaling initiatives directly within local South African universities
Scale and Manage Networks: Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of ambassadors across Discord, WhatsApp, and social platforms
Build Playbooks & Documentation: Standardize our community operations. You will be responsible for managing, creating, updating, and maintaining relevant documentation
Drive Local Community Engagement: Act as the bridge between our brand and the South African gaming community; sparking discussions, managing regional live operations (LiveOps), and executing local events
Analyze and Report: Track community sentiment, program performance, and engagement metrics. You will compile structured weekly / monthly reports and turn raw community feedback into actionable insights for our product and marketing teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of post-university experience, with bonus points if you served as a Campus Ambassador or student leader
Strong program management skills with a proven track record of coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables, and keeping projects on schedule.
Exceptional documentation habits – you love structured wikis and write clear, concise playbooks, guides, and reports
A genuine passion for gaming and deep familiarity with Discord, Reddit, and online community spaces
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage authentically with a diverse player base
