About the role
- Execute steps in predefined on-call runbooks and respond to incidents
- Reproduce bug reports with Product and collaborate with Engineering to diagnose and resolve issues
- Dive into the codebase to investigate root causes and provide actionable feedback
- Spot opportunities to improve support processes, automate repetitive tasks, and integrate AI into solutions
- Build and maintain support workflows in tools like Slack, Jira, and Zapier
- Write and maintain support content and documentation
- Operate on-call rotations and clearly communicate incident status to stakeholders
- Use SQL to run queries for troubleshooting and data investigation
- Work embedded within the Engineering team to empower a feedback loop into product improvements
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with ideally 2+ years of experience in a technical support or other service-oriented customer facing role.
- Experience building workflows in tools such as Slack, Jira, and Zapier
- Experienced in writing support content
- Experience being on-call and can jump into a complex situation, making sense of and communicating clearly to stakeholders what's going on.
- Intermediate SQL capabilities (if you understand how a ‘join’ works, you will be effective)
- Experienced with Git and CI/CD
- Preferred: Experience using AI tools and integrating AI into workflows and solutions
- Preferred: Proven experience with monitoring, error reporting, and observability tools to diagnose and resolve issues within support environments
- Preferred: Experience building an MVC framework based application
- Preferred: C#, .NET Core
- Preferred: JS + Typescript, React
