Manager

• Review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of agreements, including vendor contracts across SaaS, consulting, event, and other service categories.
• Own the end-to-end contract management lifecycle of vendor contracts and MNDAs in Ironclad, including negotiation, redlining, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and escalating with commercial counsel guidance when needed.
• Manage MNDAs efficiently and autonomously while partnering closely with procurement, finance, legal, and information security teams to support, align, and coordinate the vendor contracting process.
• Streamline the contract intake cycle and manage intake, routing, and approvals for vendor documentation.
• Advise internal clients (business, finance, IT) on contractual risk and policy and serve as a key escalation point for contract-related inquiries.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize Ironclad contract workflows and clause templates or playbooks; ensure accurate contract records, data integrity, and reporting within contract management tools.
• Serve as subject matter expert for legal operations with focus on process optimization, automation, and improvements to the contract lifecycle.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, operate with high attention to detail and urgency; report to Associate General Counsel, Commercial and work within a pod of legal professionals.

• Craft product positioning, support go-to-market planning, develop messaging, and execute launch activities to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Build foundational knowledge of Carrot’s products and industry
• Stay up-to-date on trends and competitive landscape to inform product marketing activities
• Conduct basic research to support positioning, messaging, and GTM activities
• Draft and manage clear, actionable project plans for launches and campaigns

You will: Optimize the content lifecycle: Design and own systems that drive scalable content development, management, and governance
Support translation and localization: Collaborate with localization specialist and engineers to both elevate existing systems and architect new ones
Develop and drive QA processes: Run regular audits to identify outdated assets, fill gaps, lower risk, and maintain quality
Build data-driven decision frameworks: Use analytics tools to track content usage, performance, and gaps to demonstrate impact and inform decisions
Enable team members: Train, document, and support the use of tools and workflows, as well as providing visibility into content status, timelines, logic, and accountability
