About the role
- Lead full-cycle B2B sales, both inbound and outbound, from prospecting to negotiation and close.
- Maintain and utilize Zoho CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct discovery and demo meetings with prospects.
- Follow up on and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events that align with the company's target audience and marketing objectives.
- Collect feedback from leads that close and those that don’t to identify opportunities to improve or optimize the process/messaging.
- Assist the Channel Business Development Manager in pre-sales engagements with Partner prospects.
- Manage the handoff with Customer Onboarding to ensure a seamless transition.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales involving SaaS solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing monthly and annual pipelines, as well as proven accuracy in forecasting
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships
- Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition
- Comfortable with travel up to 25%
- Ability to travel to the United States
- Must reside in Canada
- Experience with transportation, logistics, or other blue-collar industries would be an asset
- Experience with Zoho CRM is an asset
