- Spot Coolers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carrier, rents and sells commercial portable air-conditioning and heating solutions nationwide helping customers stay up and running. Spot Coolers is seeking an experienced, energetic, customer-focused individual to join the organization as a National Accounts Sales Executive. In this role you will utilize your skills and expertise focusing on national industrial/commercial customers where you will increase revenue through portable HVAC solution rentals and sales. - Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding national accounts through strategic rental and sales of portable HVAC solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, collaborating with internal strategic sales teams to deliver customized climate control solutions.
- Consult with clients on both urgent and planned rental needs, offering expert recommendations aligned with operational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including bid prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation to secure national account engagements.
- Leverage CRM systems and sales enablement tools to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Lead customer onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with compliance standards, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and portal integration requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local market teams and other Carrier business units to support outbound prospecting, market analysis, and sales development initiatives.
- Support customer success and retention by working with accounts receivable and billing teams to resolve service issues and escalations.
- Deliver compelling presentations and facilitate educational sessions (e.g., lunch-and-learns) across the U.S. to promote solutions and strengthen client engagement.
- Represent the organization at industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of sales experience within the Commercial, Industrial Construction, or HVAC Industries
- 3+ years of experience selling into National Accounts
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Background Check.

- Experience selling into National Accounts
- HVAC Rental Industry experience.
- Experience Cold Calling Commercial Buildings
- Salesforce experience.
- Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers.
