Review plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions
Effectively and professionally communicate requirements with customers and internal teams
Adapt to customer specific requirements
Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements
Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers
Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFQ's for new and/or existing customers
Coordinate across multiple functions and support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and the introduction of new products
Maintain composure and make decisions in fast-paced situations
Requirements
High School Diploma
3+ Years of HVAC Industry Experience
HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs – Commercial (preferred)
Applied Equipment experience a plus
Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, and sense of ownership
Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple priorities
Unwavering customer service orientation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and maintain composure in fast-paced situations
Ability to communicate requirements with customers and internal teams
