About the role
- Lead the supply chain readiness for new data center products and infrastructure, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless transitions from design to deployment.
- Identify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and capacity requirements for data center materials and equipment.
- Serve as a central supply chain PMO, coordinating cross-functional teams—including procurement, engineering, operations, and finance—to deliver on project milestones and resolve supply chain risks.
- Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and material flow to support data center construction schedules and operational readiness.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure suppliers and internal teams have the capability to meet volume requirements for current and future data center projects.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and resiliency while supporting rapid data center expansion across multiple regions.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruption and ensure project continuity.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership, project teams, and external partners regarding supply chain status, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center projects
- Proven expertise in NPI, supplier development, material and capacity planning, and sourcing strategy.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills with experience leading PMO initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive results across global teams.
- Experience with supply chain systems and data analytics tools is highly desirable.
