About the role
- Business Development for West Coast United States
- Select, manage, and develop a portfolio of commercial dealers within a geographic region
- Develop and report sales forecast, opportunities, and risks
- Work collaboratively with engineering, customer service, and service team to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Travel 50% of time to interface with clients.
- Develop the commercial business portfolio for all commercial Riello products.
- Drive growth through active outside sales activities and business development activities.
- Develop specific product categories to achieve sales targets
- Identify, develop, and sustain collaborative business partnerships with a network of commercial businesses.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in Hydronics HVAC Sales
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
