• Lead and develop mechanical and parts teams (apprentices to trades and team leaders)
• Build and embed efficient processes that cut costs, boost quality, and give the team ownership
• Monitor and keep labour utilisation and parts costs on track; turn data into clear results
• Roll up your sleeves when needed to keep production moving
• Champion continuous improvement and embed smarter ways of working
• Partner with finance, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow
• Foster a safe, high-performing, people-first workplace
• Report to: Hugo Acosta
• Location: Production centre in St Peters, Sydney (onsite)
