About the role
- Conduct in-home visits to assess client satisfaction and care quality
- Continuously update care plans based on changing client needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Introduce caregivers to clients and provide hands-on training
- Observe, coach, and guide caregivers during field visits to promote high standards of care
- Support new hires by instilling best practices and mentoring
- Conduct regular quality checks and document field observations
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies and collect feedback to drive improvement
- Travel throughout the service area to perform field-based responsibilities
Requirements
- Experience in Senior Care or Healthcare Management, ideally home care
- CNA, LPN, or RN preferred but not required
- Skilled at care planning and client assessment
- Confident communicator and supportive leader
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area
- Hands-on experience in caring for seniors (professional or personal)
- Ability to assist clients with ADLs
