• Lead strategy around maximizing partnerships with HFGM and OBM and build on brand awareness among cruisers
• Maximize sales onboard for both Del Sol and Cariloha on multiple cruise lines with multiple merchandise offerings
• Track daily, weekly and monthly sales; understand trends and work with product development to procure best merchandising plans
• Provide merchandising solutions, including placement, signage and product mix; coordinate with design team, respective buyers and shop managers
• Create promotional strategies: price points, cross-promotion opportunities with promotional companies and onboard revenue departments, and special events
• Sales training with onboard sales teams; coordinate travel to be on ships, train teams, and provide training content remotely
• Structure development: develop strategies to address struggling ships, make improvements, increase sales and maximize gross profit
• Develop fresh, engaging onboard offerings that tap into captive cruise audiences and unique ship product availability
