Sales Development Rep

• Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target companies
• Utilize various tools, platforms and databases (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn) to source and generate leads.
• Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and business challenges
• Qualify leads by assessing their interest, fit, and readiness to utilize our solutions based on established criteria
• Schedule meetings and product demos for qualified leads with Account Executives and the Director of National Accounts
• Follow up with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and website inquiries.

• Report on lead generation and qualification metrics, including number of calls made, emails sent, meetings set and leads qualified.

Customer Support Representative

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and own the agent systems architecture — retrieval, orchestration, tool integration, and evaluation — as a coherent, production-grade platform
• Build RAG pipelines that ground agents in real CargoSprint data: indexing strategies, chunking, embedding models, retrieval evaluation, and freshness maintenance
• Design orchestration patterns for multi-step agentic workflows using LangGraph or equivalent — with explicit attention to failure modes, non-determinism, and graceful degradation
• Build and maintain the tool and integration layer that connects agents to production systems — Salesforce, HubSpot, Postgres, internal APIs — with the error handling and retry logic that production demands
• Instrument everything: distributed tracing, latency dashboards, retrieval quality metrics, LLM output evaluation pipelines
• Establish reusable agent primitives and internal engineering patterns so the team builds the next agent faster and more reliably than the last one
• Partner with the engineers building individual agents to review architectures, catch design mistakes early, and raise the overall quality bar
• Travel to CargoSprint's Guadalajara office as needed to work directly with the operational teams whose workflows the agents are being built around
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate your own development and set the standard for how the team works with them

Staff Engineer, Agent Systems

Revenue Operations

• Own and evolve our GTM tech stack — which is primarily Salesforce today.
• Stand up and build out the RevOps function: define processes, build playbooks, establish governance, and set the cadence that sales, marketing, and finance rely on.
• Partner with the CFO and VP of Sales to design and enforce a consistent, scalable sales process — from lead routing and pipeline management through to forecasting and close.
• Manage and optimize the full revenue tech stack, evaluating tools, eliminating redundancy, and ensuring internal systems align with the CRM.
• Build and maintain dashboards that give the CEO, CFO, and VP of Sales real-time visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, and revenue trends.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs: pipeline coverage, win rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, quota attainment, and others — and surface the insights that drive better decisions.
• Own revenue forecasting in partnership with Finance and Sales leadership — building models that are accurate, explainable, and trusted.
• Identify revenue leakage and conversion gaps across the funnel and drive cross-functional initiatives to address them.
• Work with the VP of Sales and wider sales team to ensure reps have the tools, data, and process clarity to operate effectively.
• Streamline onboarding and ongoing enablement — ensuring new sellers ramp quickly and existing reps spend more time selling and less time on admin.
• Drive territory planning, quota setting, and compensation modeling in coordination with Sales leadership and the CFO.
• Champion adoption of Salesforce and connected tools across the sales team — ensuring data quality and process compliance that the entire business can rely on.
• Serve as the connection between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product — ensuring go-to-market strategy translates into coordinated, measurable execution.

• You will design and operate a structured, repeatable playbook that moves customers from contract signature to measurable value.
• You will own onboarding, health monitoring, retention, and expansion signals across a tiered book of business.
• You will bring data discipline to every layer of the function, tracking Time to Value, Customer Health Score, Net Revenue Retention, and Churn Rate.
• Design and own a defined onboarding journey for new customers.
• Build and continuously improve onboarding playbooks tailored to 2 to 3 key product and customer segment combinations.
• Monitor product usage signals to identify customers who are disengaging before they churn or escalate to Support.
• Build and maintain a Customer Health Score for each account, using usage data, support ticket rates, and NPS inputs.
• Intervene proactively when usage declines or a renewal approaches.
• Manage a segmented book of business across three engagement tiers: High-Touch, Mid-Touch, and Low-Touch.
• Define, instrument, and own core CS metrics and build Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
