About the role
- Provide nutrition recommendations and support to customers during and after product sales
- Consult directly with dairy farmers and their employees
- Set performance goals that align with territory and dairy leadership team objectives
- Inform customers of new products, services, and prices
- Help support Cargill team members through collaborative efforts
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations
- Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 75% to visit dairy farms daily
- Minimum of four years of related work experience in sales or business development or related field
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Dairy, feed, animal nutrition and health industry experience (preferred)
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Consulting experience (preferred)
