About the role
- Provide support, advice and consultation to internal and external stakeholders about nutritional solutions and innovation projects
- Lead and manage assigned innovation projects and provide expertise in assessing new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver training to internal and external stakeholders including sales and marketing teams
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field
- 5 years of animal nutrition experience
- Master's degree or other post-secondary degree in veterinary, animal nutrition, or related animal science discipline
- Equine animal nutrition education
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in formulation, quality and regulatory systems.
