About the role
- Maintain and update position data in SuccessFactors
- Process creation, modification, and deletion requests
- Provide support to employees and managers by addressing questions and inquiries
- Conduct internal and external research on industry and market trends
- Assist with monitoring compliance with internal controls and external regulations
- Participate in projects related to process optimization and standardization
- Collaborate with HR teams to support employee lifecycle processes
- Implement related processes and identify potential challenges
Requirements
- 2 years or more of relevant experience
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Spanish
- Advanced Portuguese
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or data administration
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
