About the role
- Provide strategic operational oversight for all production operating facilities
- Oversee and hold facilities accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance
- Ensure employee safety, support production goals, manage payroll, and complete processes accurately
- Execute routine operations of assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor production outcomes and ensure customer and food safety requirements are met
- Partner with production supervisors to meet specifications and timelines
- Administer department budget, process orders, and ensure timely payments
- Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations for multiple departments
- Develop, supervise, and coach direct reports, including personnel decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of directly related work experience
- One year of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
