About the role
- Partner with business leaders to support and execute people and culture plans aligned to functional priorities.
- Provide data-backed insights and pragmatic counsel to support decision-making on organization, talent, and performance matters.
- Partner on talent management activities like talent reviews, succession planning, capability building, and internal mobility to strengthen talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Champion an inclusive, respectful, and high-performance culture aligned with Cargill values.
- Leverage HR data, dashboards, and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Execute global and local HR programs (performance cycles, rewards processes, learning initiatives, DEI actions) with operational excellence.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience at the site.
Requirements
- Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experience in capability centers, or large matrix organizations.
- Exposure to workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
- Sound judgment in complex people situations.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Comfort working with data and translating insights into action.
- Bias for execution and continuous improvement.
