About the role

  • Partner with business leaders to support and execute people and culture plans aligned to functional priorities.
  • Provide data-backed insights and pragmatic counsel to support decision-making on organization, talent, and performance matters.
  • Partner on talent management activities like talent reviews, succession planning, capability building, and internal mobility to strengthen talent.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Champion an inclusive, respectful, and high-performance culture aligned with Cargill values.
  • Leverage HR data, dashboards, and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Execute global and local HR programs (performance cycles, rewards processes, learning initiatives, DEI actions) with operational excellence.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience at the site.

Requirements

  • Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Experience in capability centers, or large matrix organizations.
  • Exposure to workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
  • Sound judgment in complex people situations.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfort working with data and translating insights into action.
  • Bias for execution and continuous improvement.
