About the role
- Plan basic routine maintenance on plant assets and equipment following established program guidelines.
- Develop detailed job plans to improve work force efficiency and quality.
- Provide general knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices.
- Research and compile information and feedback necessary to generate job plans.
- Prepare job plans for maintenance activities and schedule downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree BE in Mechanical or equivalent.
- 5-8 Years API/ Bulk drug plant or related field, Herbal, Chemicals.
- Perform the function of monitoring technical work performed by contractors.
- Ensure ongoing mechanical, electrical and structural integrity of plant equipment and ensure alignment with company and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and engineering documentation.
