About the role

  • Implements and supports comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
  • Create and apply available compliance tools and resources to enforce established processes.
  • Prepare required government reporting and compliance reviews.
  • Analyzes existing policies, identifies areas for improvement, and researches possible new policies.
  • Supports the development of training and education materials on compliance topics.
  • Monitors compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies by conducting audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.
  • Strong working knowledge of Federal and Provincial legislation.
  • Experience in employee relations, investigations and handling conflict.
  • Preferred: Bilingual with written and verbal communication in English/French Canadian.
  • Project management experience.
