About the role
- Implements and supports comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
- Create and apply available compliance tools and resources to enforce established processes.
- Prepare required government reporting and compliance reviews.
- Analyzes existing policies, identifies areas for improvement, and researches possible new policies.
- Supports the development of training and education materials on compliance topics.
- Monitors compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies by conducting audits.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.
- Strong working knowledge of Federal and Provincial legislation.
- Experience in employee relations, investigations and handling conflict.
- Preferred: Bilingual with written and verbal communication in English/French Canadian.
- Project management experience.
