About the role
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide customer training, system workflow integration and image quality consultation for Carestream Health Imaging products.
- Additional responsibilities include on-site customer training, working closely with clinicians and professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of Carestream products.
- Products primarily supported are Direct Radiography systems which include but is not limited to the DRX-1 Retrofit system, Revolution portable, Evolution, and Compass DR systems.
- This position involves extensive travel throughout the U.S. Ideal candidate location is in Texas near a major airport.
Requirements
- Radiologic Technologist Degree, A.R.R.T. certification in Good Standing required
- 3+ years of experience in related Radiology disciplines (e.g., CT, MR, US, CR, DR and Diagnostic Radiography)
- Fundamental knowledge of Radiology workflow and departmental operations
- A working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications to include Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Individual will exhibit a professional appearance and be effective with oral and written communication
- Self motivated
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and to adapt to changes
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve customer satisfaction and Carestream business objectives.
- Strong customer relations and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able and willing to travel extensively with valid driver's license.
