About the role
- The Regulatory Affairs Program Manager supports the development, oversight, and implementation of regulatory programs
- Provides leadership and expertise across multiple program areas
- Serves as strategic partners to internal departments, facilitating cross-functional enterprise coordination
- Maintains the infrastructure, documentation, and workflows that support regulatory alignment and organizational accountability
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience interacting with federal and/or state regulatory agencies
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or Managed Care
- Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating or overseeing implementation of contract requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Health Care Administration, Analytics, or related degree
