CVAUSA is seeking an Account Manager to join the Novocardia division focusing on value-based care arrangements. This externally facing role will foster partnerships, drive strategic alignment, and ensure contractual performance metrics are met. Reporting to the Division President and traveling ~25% as needed. Responsibilities include Relationship Management, Operational Oversight, Strategic Alignment, and Reporting & Communication.
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in healthcare account management, provider relations, or a related field, with experience in value-based care
Experience in value-based care with Medicare Advantage plans required
Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and drive outcomes in risk-bearing arrangements
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with specialty value-based care clinical operations and financial modeling
