About the role

  • Set up and reconcile Managed Service Provider (MSP) orders and customer service contracts as entitlements in ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Ensure alignment between active MSP orders, actual deployments, usage per customer and corresponding invoices by validating what’s in the contract
  • Document and update relevant data within the SNOW Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Track data and compare to entitlement levels to be able to bill customers with accurate time
  • Assist in enhancing SNOW's integration with Finance for improved billing accuracy and provide Finance monthly usage report
  • Support the development of reporting dashboards such as Top X and Customer Success Management (CSM) dashboards in SNOW
  • Adjust NetSuite order setup to match SNOW entitlement

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program or recent graduate
  • Extensive data handling and excel experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools is an asset
  • Interest in IT service management, operations, and enterprise systems
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
