About the role
- Partnering with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs across various functions including Ecommerce, Marketing & Data.
- Designing and delivering end-to-end recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and employer brand.
- Building diverse, high-performing talent pipelines that reflect our clients’ values and ambitions.
- Managing candidate engagement and ensuring a best-in-class experience throughout the process.
- Using data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and influence decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within Data, Marketing or Ecommerce, ideally in-house or within an RPO/advisory setting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent pipeline development.
- A curious mind and collaborative spirit — you ask questions, challenge assumptions, and share ideas.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
