• Beginning to lead on creative ideas for campaigns or branding projects, from initial thinking through to execution
• Creating internal-facing documents and communications for clients, ensuring clarity, consistency and strong visual craft
• Collaborating closely with account teams, copywriters and fellow creatives to bring ideas to life
• Managing your own projects from start to finish, prioritising workload, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
• Presenting your work internally and to clients, confidently talking through design decisions and creative rationale
• Taking a proactive, self-starting approach, spotting opportunities to improve work and processes
• Bringing a genuine passion for great creative, raising the bar on quality and contributing positively to the team’s energy and output
