• Own and evolve Capture One’s global B2B revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, Support and others
• Design, document and implement scalable sales processes, handovers and a RACI that removes friction across the deal lifecycle
• Embed AI as a core productivity lever – define an AI roadmap (proposal drafts, meeting summaries, lead prioritization, deal-risk flags), implement human-in-the-loop governance and measure uplift
• Drive funnel performance – analyze conversion, pipeline health, churn and leakage and convert insights into clear operational actions
• Lead forecasting and improve predictability with disciplined governance and reporting
• Own HubSpot architecture, forecasting logic, pipelines and data governance
• Deliver dashboards and management reporting to support leadership decisions while owning metrics such as forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity, deal drag, lead-to-close conversion, net revenue expansion, churn, visibility into CAC and CLTV among others

• Own the Vision and the Product Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for professional photography workflows, aligning with Capture One’s overarching mission to create the most efficient photography workflows in the world.
• Drive Innovation: Lead the charge in developing innovative solutions together with our customers and partners. Introduce forward-thinking features that transform how photographers, digitechs and retouchers work together, improving efficiency, reliability, and creative potential.
• Be the advocate for our customers: Be the voice of professional photographers, studios, Digitechs, retouchers. Gather deep insights through customer research, data analysis, and market trends to ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
• Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, strategic partnerships and other teams to deliver solutions that are technically feasible, visually stunning, and user-friendly. You will mature and prioritize ideas and turn them into clear concepts and user stories that are aligned with the company’s vision, strategy and objectives
• Lead the Backlog: Prioritize features and user stories, ensuring a steady flow of impactful, demoable increments. Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable development tasks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners to facilitate seamless integrations.
• Measure Impact: Define success metrics for features and initiatives, continuously monitor performance, and iterate based on data and user feedback.

Senior Product Manager – Professional Photography

Attorney

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and continuous improvement of our core B2B legal agreements, including our Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) and key commercial frameworks.
• Support the Sales team in enterprise deal negotiations, providing pragmatic, risk-based guidance.
• Train and educate the Sales team on our contractual framework, key risk positions, and negotiation boundaries.
• Develop and maintain practical negotiation playbooks, fallback positions, and guidance materials to enable Sales to handle standard negotiations independently and efficiently.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including partnership agreements, supplier/vendor agreements, license agreements, and NDAs.
• Review and update product terms and conditions for new and existing products.
• Maintain and streamline legal templates and educate internal teams on their use.
• Drive and support our global privacy and compliance efforts, with a focus on GDPR and other applicable data protection frameworks.
• Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities and lead or support Data Protection Impact Assessments where required.
• Oversee vendor due diligence reviews of third-party systems and perform risk assessments related to data processing activities.

Commercial & Privacy Legal Specialist

Controller

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy across all accounting activities
• Work closely with our Accountant based in the Athens Office, reviewing accounting of our entities.
• Own and drive the monthly close process, ensuring all month-end activities are completed accurately and within defined deadlines
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reconciliations, including balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions
• Own and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution
• Handle external reporting, including reporting to SKAT and Denmark Statistics, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Act as the owner of the expense management system, ensuring proper usage, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Support the Finance team in driving automation and optimization projects across finance processes
• Prepare documentation and act as a key finance contact during audits, working closely with external auditors
• Maintain clear documentation, processes, and controls to ensure transparency and scalability
• Contribute to improving finance workflows, systems, and ways of working as Capture One continues to grow

Financial Controller

Accountant

• Perform daily accounting operations across Capture One entities
• Handle customer invoicing and actively follow up with customers on overdue receivables
• Prepare and execute vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and correct timing
• Create new vendors and ensure all vendor master data and vendor forms are completed and compliant
• Communicate with vendors regarding outstanding balances, payment status, and documentation
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts, and investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Conduct and support the monthly close process, including preparing reconciliations and documentation
• Ensure all financial documentation is complete, accurate, and well-organized
• Prepare and deliver documentation for audits, supporting the Financial Controller and external auditors
• Maintain accounting documentation, policies, and process descriptions
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and finance procedures
• Support continuous improvement of finance workflows and daily processes

Customer Support

• Deliver high-quality customer and technical support to photographers across our support channels with clarity, accuracy, and empathy.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues across macOS and Windows, including installation, performance, tethering, color management, and workflows.
• Analyze logs, system configurations, and reproduction steps to identify root causes.
• Reproduce, document, and escalate bugs with clear technical detail, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams.
• Support customers in real-world, time-sensitive scenarios by guiding them through advanced features and workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows by sharing feedback, identifying friction points, and suggesting practical improvements.
• Actively contribute insights from customer interactions to help inform product improvements, user education, and support content.
• Participate in maintaining and improving internal and external knowledge bases, including documentation, known issues, and best practices.
• Engage professionally and thoughtfully with the Capture One community, helping foster a supportive and trusted environment for photographers.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Support Specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent, human, and high-quality support experience across regions and platforms.
