About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain sales enablement materials - playbooks, one-pagers, FAQs - and support the training tracks for new and existing sales team members use to ramp up
- Maintain and update customer data records and internal documentation that keeps the sales team running efficiently
- Coordinate marketing communications to our B2B customers
- Build sales reports and dashboards to surface key performance insights to internal teams
- Test and document new CRM features and workflows
- Manage Supplier Onboarding Forms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferably on the 1st year of study.
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities
- Proactive - you take initiative rather than waiting for explicit direction
- Great English verbal and written communication skills
