About the role
- Develop Client Relationships: Work directly within custodial distribution channels in their branches to develop relationships and business flows.
- Build Networks: Develop relationships with custodial distribution relationship financial consultants in their branches through seminars and other activities.
- Travel: Travel is generally limited to Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR)
- Holding either a Series 65 OR a Series 66 and Series 7
- At least 2 years registered as an IAR
- Plus 3 years immediately prior registered with a broker-dealer
- OR holds a CFP®, CFA®, CPA, or qualifies as a securities portfolio manager
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking, with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
