About the role
- Deliver expert insurance advice and technical assistance across Capricorn Insurance Services (CIS) and Capricorn Risk Services (CRS)
- Support business growth by developing and delivering high-quality insurance solutions
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with internal teams
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards
- Engage with Members (automotive and allied repair businesses) to provide insurance products and support
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines independently
- High level of service orientation and initiative
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in commercial broking, ideally with SMEs
- Familiarity with iBais (desirable)
- Tier 1 RG146 qualification (essential)
