About the role
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to support business units, projects, and initiatives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate commercial strategies and enhance Member value.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards, driving continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships across the business, becoming a trusted finance advisor.
- Conduct scenario modelling and develop business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Support and develop Anaplan pages for reporting and analysis.
- Lead and contribute to finance projects aligned with broader strategy.
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI and Anaplan knowledge a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
- CA or CPA qualified.
