Lead and develop a team of around 25 business analysts and data analysts
Define and measure what success looks like for our data transformation to galvanize organizational alignment and ensure clear communication to the highest enterprise level
Identify trends in data management and data use across the company to inform product roadmaps and other improvement opportunities for our data ecosystem
Engage with and influence senior leaders across the company to drive adoption of improvement opportunities, e.g. broader use of critical data management measures
Partner with our product domain teams to provide reporting and analytics that support the data products and platforms that are central to our data transformation
Build the data analysis infrastructure and approach that supports a culture of data-driven analysis among product managers
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis
At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis
At least 2 years of experience in people management
Master’s Degree (Preferred)
5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis (Preferred)
5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in people management (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in product development (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in financial modeling (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in project management (Preferred)
