About the role

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with PGA Tour, LPGA, LRMR, Fulwell Entertainment, Hana Kuma and potential new clients of the Global Partnerships team in need of solutions support.
  • Support the onboarding and solutions integration of all new clients.
  • Evolve and lead properties’ go-to-market story development.
  • Work alongside FSM’s property clients on the development and ideation of customized and creative platforms, arming the sales team with new and innovative revenue opportunities to take to market.
  • Work with the sales team and FSM’s sales associates to build pitch presentation materials utilized to support all active brand conversations.
  • Coordinate with the various clients and additional FSM properties to identify available assets and inventory, while helping build unique packaging opportunities.
  • Work with data, analytics, and insights teams both within FSM and at each property to identify impactful insights to support general go-to-market materials and brand presentations.
  • Work with the creative and video production teams to bring our stories and presentations “to life” visually and creatively, evoking emotion and excitement.
  • Assist in the narrative/creation of sizzle video content and story-narrative tied to marquee assets and opportunities as needed.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with FSM sales teams, as well as our property clients and various departments to identify new asset/platform opportunities.
  • Identify and suggest new sales tools to elevate and help FSM operate more efficiently and at the highest level.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (degree in marketing, business administration, sports management, communications, etc.)
  • 7-10 years of experience with brand strategy, activation, and/or sponsorship sales in a team, league, brand, or agency setting.
  • Motivated by challenging the status quo and thinking “outside of the box”.
  • Experience in developing sales presentations and go-to-market strategies for a global brand or property and confidence in working effectively in CRM (Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong storytelling capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once.
  • Passion for sports marketing, media, promotions, and sponsorship sales.
  • Passion for purpose-driven partnerships, including but not limited to sustainability, women’s empowerment, inclusion, STEM, fan engagement, community, etc.
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally across the organization, as well as externally with clients and properties.
  • Ability to travel, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
