About the role
- Learn essentials of being a product manager and grow in human centered, business focused, technology driven, and transformational leadership areas
- Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify research needs for feature design
- Breakdown business epics into features and user stories and drive team towards MVP for valid feature tests
- Use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure product/feature delivers on business needs
- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps and follow processes to manage risk
- Work autonomously in an agile environment to conduct research and develop features using new technologies
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts
- Deliver well-managed product platforms and seek to understand technology trends and architecture strategy
- Participate in horizontal forums, build relationships among tech teams, designers, stakeholders and partners
- Articulate product roadmap and share with stakeholders, elevate team results and become a product matter expert
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
