About the role
- Research, verify and capture revenue leakage through analysis of current customer contracts and use of core systems (SteriWorks, S4, and Salesforce)
- Attend manager-led cross functional meetings to solution and capture various sources of revenue leakage
- Support new and existing revenue realization initiatives based on proactive and reactive business needs
- Investigate root causes of revenue leakage through thorough review of customer contracts
- Populate existing reports with relevant customer and/or contract information in support of manager defined goals and tasks
- Research for review and discussion with manager areas of suspected revenue leakage in existing customer contracts
- Quantify the expected impacts of various sources of revenue leakage using manager-defined processes
- Collaborate with manager to identify the legal ability to resolve loss of entitled revenue by reviewing customer contracts
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using other Microsoft Office products
- Experience reading or reviewing contracts
- Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively with multiple constituents and provide informal influence to achieve desired outcomes
- Demonstrates ability to function independently, initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and resolve problems without direction
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and escalate to leadership as appropriate
- Experience researching, verifying and capturing revenue leakage through analysis of customer contracts
- Familiarity with core systems: SteriWorks, S4, and Salesforce
