- Lead the development and implementation of short and long term strategic programs
- Understand prioritization and delivery roadmap, identifying cross-tower dependencies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- 5+ years of experience in strategy development (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy (Preferred)
- 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams (Preferred)
