About the role
- Serve as a strategic thought partner for our leadership team, helping guide the operations and management of the organization.
- Own the health and rhythm of the organization, ensuring team forums and routines run with discipline, clarity, and continuity.
- Understand the organization’s strategy and vision, lead the leadership to drive and track goals and priorities.
- Drive the communication strategy for the Tower/Leader, providing context to the team and key partners, helping with building presentations and crafting the messaging.
- Assist the leadership team with strategic planning including financial and resource planning in collaboration with key partners, including Finance, and HR.
- Develop context to identify and surface needs and risks across initiatives, partner relationships, and org health (engagement, morale) before they escalate.
- Lead high impact special projects critical to the organization priorities, emerging strategic intent or addressing key operational gaps.
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand processes and drive results.
- Partner with people leadership to engage, empower and inspire associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in staff management and training
- At least 5 years of experience in budget management
- At least 7 years of experience in organizational development and performance
- At least 7 years of experience in project or process management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Organizational Development preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in Project or Process management preferred
- Experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage interdisciplinary team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in Communications planning and development preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in Staff management and training preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in Organizational development and performance preferred.
