About the role

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner for our leadership team, helping guide the operations and management of the organization.
  • Own the health and rhythm of the organization, ensuring team forums and routines run with discipline, clarity, and continuity.
  • Understand the organization’s strategy and vision, lead the leadership to drive and track goals and priorities.
  • Drive the communication strategy for the Tower/Leader, providing context to the team and key partners, helping with building presentations and crafting the messaging.
  • Assist the leadership team with strategic planning including financial and resource planning in collaboration with key partners, including Finance, and HR.
  • Develop context to identify and surface needs and risks across initiatives, partner relationships, and org health (engagement, morale) before they escalate.
  • Lead high impact special projects critical to the organization priorities, emerging strategic intent or addressing key operational gaps.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand processes and drive results.
  • Partner with people leadership to engage, empower and inspire associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in staff management and training
  • At least 5 years of experience in budget management
  • At least 7 years of experience in organizational development and performance
  • At least 7 years of experience in project or process management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Organizational Development preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in Project or Process management preferred
  • Experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage interdisciplinary team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in Communications planning and development preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in Staff management and training preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in Organizational development and performance preferred.
