About the role
- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
- Manage and develop 1-2 analysts
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights for customer experiences
- Drive improvements in credit performance using analytics
- Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to drive quality and profitability
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration
- 5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Must be fluent in English (as the job is described in English)
