About the role
- Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage and develop 1-2 analysts
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various products
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights
- Drive improvements in credit performance by connecting consumer credit trends to historical behavior
- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to enhance quality, service, and profitability
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in analysis preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred
- 2+ years of experience in people management preferred
