About the role
- Serve as the central administrator for all social media management platforms, accounts, and associated tools
- Oversee daily operations ensuring internal teams have necessary access and training
- Establish, enforce, and maintain a robust social media governance framework
- Safeguard brand adherence to security protocols and data privacy compliance
- Drive strategic projects optimizing the social landscape with technology, AI, and automation
- Provide dedicated support and strategic guidance to performance marketing, media, and advertising teams
- Partner with strategists and insights teams for campaign execution and analytics
- Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors for social media management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of social media marketing experience, including proficiency with social media tools (such as Meta Business Suite, Business Managers and Sprinklr)
- At least 2 years of relationship management in a digital agencies or as a contractor
- At least 2 years of social media paid marketing and reporting experience
- 4+ years of social or digital marketing experience preferred
- 4+ years experience managing complex processes across multiple stakeholder groups and implementing process improvements preferred
- 4+ years of experience in social media or marketing operations preferred
- 4 + years of experience in financial services, or other highly regulated industry preferred.
