About the role
- Meaningfully contribute to business and market development
- Craft client/deal strategies and manage execution throughout deal lifecycle
- Manage transactions end-to-end, monitoring progress and supporting your TripleTree deal teams to achieve successful outcomes
- Negotiate successful close for assigned deals independently or with limited support
- Lead teams in completing and publishing thought leadership and leverage junior staff as key learning and development opportunity
- Play a key leadership role in attracting, interviewing, mentoring, developing, and retaining top talent
- Stay abreast of new developments within assigned healthcare sectors by monitoring the activities of potential buyers
- Track relevant M&A activity within the industry
- Assess the market, identify opportunities and collaborate to secure high value business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
- At least 10 years of investment banking experience including Mergers & Acquisitions
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics (Preferred)
- Experience in financial modeling, constructing LOIs, purchase agreements and legal documents (Preferred)
- Experience in healthcare services and healthcare technology industries (Preferred)
- FINRA Licenses - 63,79, SIE (Preferred)
