About the role
- Develop strategies to support the growth of the Network across critical areas
- Investigate and evaluate major trends in the payments ecosystem
- Support business development efforts with existing and new partners
- Engage with senior leadership on strategic decision-making
- Manage and develop multiple analysts
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts
- Drive step-change improvements in credit performance
- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent
- Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to drive improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 7 years of experience in analysis
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
