About the role
- Develop and manage omnichannel marketing prospect campaigns on Capital One's Card Partnerships business
- Creation and execution of marketing campaigns for partner card programs
- Continuous improvement of new customer acquisition results for established card products
- Drive and execute marketing strategies for innovative multi-channel campaigns across owned channels
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and launch marketing intent
- Leverage insights & performance results to identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs
- Write clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies
- Merchandize and socialize marketing & business results with broader stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams including creative agencies and analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or project management
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
- At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks
- At least 2 years in financial services industry (preferred)
- At least 2 years in retail industry (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in acquisitions marketing (preferred)
- Experience with omnichannel product marketing campaign planning (preferred)
