Help lead the project execution for implementing and migrating content into our new structured content ecosystem, coordinating efforts across content authors, engineers, and platform administrators
Be a change champion, helping to enable the sustained use of our structured content model, metadata schema, and taxonomies to effectively manage customer servicing intent
Help to establish, socialize, and manage the ongoing governance model, authoring guidelines, and quality standards for structured content to ensure consistency and modularity across the organization
Develop processes for content maintenance, component reuse tracking, and ongoing content model evolution to ensure the ecosystem remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with changing business needs
Collaborate with content creators and business partners to ensure successful adoption of new tools and structured authoring practices
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, or information architecture
At least 3 years of experience in the application of structured content modeling and authoring
At least 2 years of experience in project management
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Information Architecture, or Library Science (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience working in a structured content ecosystem using component-based content methodologies (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience with the administration, configuration, and maintenance of a Component Content Management System (CCMS), Knowledge Base, or Headless CMS platform (preferred)
