Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital content strategy and execution
- Experience writing and editing social media copies for platforms such as X and LinkedIn
- Experience developing and managing website content with an eye towards UX, accessibility, and strategic messaging
- Experience developing and maintaining editorial calendars and coordinating across teams
- Knowledge of metrics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, and native platform insights, to inform content decisions
- Ability to interpret data to optimize content performance and drive engagement
- Ability to be a storyteller and adapt tone, voice, and message to different audiences and platforms
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations field
