About the role
- Serves as liaison between multiple third-party vendors and lines of business
- Develops and communicates instructions to external vendors, ensures quality control and efficiency
- Manages projects aimed at increasing efficiency and quality at the supplier level, while delivering on business intent
- Resolves escalated complaints and supplier issues and identifies feedback trends
- Supports teammates' projects in the code creation and table update spaces
- Provides leadership support, as required
- Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Third party vendor management
- At least 1 year of experience in Process or project management
- Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in Third party vendor management (Preferred)
