About the role
- Responsible for facilitating the full execution of servicing communications including letter and emails
- Developing project schedules, coordinating handoff to internal and external partners
- Communicating with internal partners, reviewing samples, and maintaining audit documentation
- Partnering with Copywriters, Brand and Digital partners, Product leads, and leadership to execute work
- Creating a positive internal and external customer experience with cost effective accurate executions
- Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company
- Drive projects based on defined priorities ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budget are met
- Identify risks and issues and mitigate or escalate as needed
- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
- Forge relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors to ensure delivery of commitments
- Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
- Monitor processes to ensure correct adherence and escalate with manager if controls are not working as planned
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- At least 1 year of Process Improvement experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (Preferred)
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
- At least 1 year experience working with Jira or Confluence (Preferred)
