About the role
- Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs including standing up program structure, leading the milestone and stakeholder management, and providing updates directly to leadership.
- Developing in-depth technical knowledge of the product/products you are delivering
- Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
- Coordinating internal resources, stakeholders and dependencies for the flawless delivery of a sophisticated product to market
- Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
- Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
- Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
- Ensure that all products are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Coordinate project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to leadership as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 Years of Project Management experience
- Masters / MBA degree (Preferred)
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills (Preferred)
- Excellent problem solving and influencing skills (Preferred)
