Lead High-Impact Projects: Independently manage a portfolio of strategic projects focused on associate development and investment
Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to evolve our team's strategic focus and capabilities
Generate Actionable Insights: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop logical frameworks and data-backed recommendations on critical talent topics
Influence Key Decisions: Craft compelling narratives and presentations to socialize strategies, build consensus for change, and influence prioritization and investment at senior levels
Champion Innovation: Act as a subject matter expert on emerging trends and AI, pioneering new tools and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and strategic impact
Requirements
High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience leading projects
4+ years of client facing experience (preferred)
4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting (preferred)
Change management and design thinking experience (preferred)
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills (preferred)
Excellent problem solving and influencing skills (preferred)
